Prices are ALL INCLUSIVE (bath towels, bed linen, initial and final cleaning, taxes, electricity and heating). The following EXTRA services are available upon request: baby cot (where available) - 20.00 Euros; late or early morning check-in (23.00hrs - 08.00hrs) - 20.00 Euros; separate beds - 20.00 Euros; change of additional towels - 20.00 Euros; additional cleaning service - 30.00 Euros (please ask for it when you make the booking). All costs are one-off charges and not per day.
No deposit is required. However, we ask for your credit card details as a guarantee for the reservation. The total amount will be paid in cash only, when you check in at the apartment (or on the day after, at the latest). It is understood that, should you decide to cancel your reservation, you authorise the owner to withdraw the respective amount depending on the cancellation period, as described in the following:

from the time of booking to 20 days before arrival: 20% of the total amount;
19 to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.

Please note that on booking an apartment you will be contacted by the owner personally (within a few days of the booking confirmation) to discuss check in times, how to pick up keys and other such details.
