Please note that credit card details are required at the time of booking only to secure your reservation and will not be charged by Alfabookings (payment will be made by you to the hotel on your arrival).

Please take careful note of our cancellation policy:
Customers can cancel reservations with no charge whatsoever up to 4.00pm (CENTRAL EUROPEAN TIME), 3 days before their scheduled arrival.

If guests fail to arrive or cancel later than 3 days prior to their scheduled arrival (as outlined above), the credit card will be debited the total cost of 1 night's accommodation.
FOR EXAMPLE: If the guest has booked accommodation for the 25th, he/she must inform us by 4.00pm (CET) on the 22nd to avoid paying the cancellation fee.
