No deposit is required. However, we ask for your credit card details as a guarantee for the reservation. The total amount will be paid in cash only, when you check in at the apartment. It is understood that, should you decide to cancel your reservation, you authorise the apartment owner to withdraw the respective amount depending on the cancellation period, as described in the following:

From the time of booking to 11 days before arrival: no charge;
10 to 3 days before arrival: the amount of 1 night;
less than 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount (minimum 2 nights).

Please note than on booking an apartment you will be contacted by the owner personally (within a few days of the booking confirmation) to discuss check in times, how to pick up keys and other such details.
