Apartment Ca D'Oro 1 is perfectly situated in Venice for guests to get the most out of their stay in this beautiful city. The apartment is just around the corner from the Ca D'Oro vaporetto (public water transport) stop, making it easy to reach from the airport, train station and the car parks of Piazzale Roma. The apartment is located in the picturesque Cannaregio area of the city, close to many places of interest, including the Ghetto Nuovo, Madonna dell'Orto, Gesuiti, Santa Maria dei Miracoli and of course the Ca D'Oro itself. Other famous sights, such as St. Marks' Square and the Rialto Bridge can be reached either on foot or by public transport. Nearby, is also Apartment Ca D'Oro 2 which can accommodate a further 4 guests.
No deposit is required. However, we ask for your credit card details as a guarantee for the reservation. The total amount will be paid in cash only, when you check in at the apartment. It is understood that, should you decide to cancel your reservation, you authorize the apartment owner to withdraw the respective amount depending on the cancellation period, as described in the following:
From the time of booking to 11 days before arrival: no charge;
10 to 3 days before arrival: the amount of 1 night;
Less than 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount (minimum 2 nights).
Please note than on booking an apartment you will be contacted by the owner personally (within a few days of the booking confirmation) to discuss check in times, how to pick up keys and other such details.
