Apartment Colosseum, just a few steps away from the Colosseum and in the historical centre of Rome, awaits to accommodate your needs for a wonderful and unforgettable stay in Rome. The apartment is an elegantly furnished, 80 metres square space and can sleep up to 7 people. From here, you can easily reach the areas of interest in the historical city centre, either on foot or alternatively by bus and tram, all of which conveniently stop in front of the building. Two underground stations are also nearby (Manzoni - line A or Colosseo - line B).
No deposit is required. However, we ask for your credit card details as a guarantee for the reservation. The total amount will be paid in cash only, when you check in at the apartment (or on the day after, at the latest). It is understood that, should you decide to cancel your reservation, you authorize the owner to withdraw the respective amount depending on the cancellation period, as described in the following:
From the time of booking to 20 days before arrival: 20% of the total amount;
19 to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount;
Less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
N.B: There is a minimum stay of between 4 and 6 days depending on the period of the year. Please note that when booking an apartment, you will be contacted by the owner directly (within a few days of the booking confirmation) to discuss check in times, how to pick up keys and other such details.
