Apartment Monte Dei Cocci 1 (accommodates up to 4 persons) is a cozy and comfortable apartment in the Testaccio area of central Rome and close to the River Tiber. Recently renovated and furnished in a modern style, you will be in the ideal location to be able to discover all that Rome has to offer: by day the tourist sights and attractions, and by night the city's restaurants, bars and pubs.
No deposit is required. However, we ask for your credit card details as a guarantee for the reservation. The total amount will be paid in cash only, when you check in at the apartment (or on the day after, at the latest). It is understood that, should you decide to cancel your reservation, you authorize the owner to withdraw the respective amount depending on the cancellation period, as described in the following:
From the time of booking to 20 days before arrival: 20% of the total amount;
19 to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount;
Less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
N.B: There is a minimum stay of between 4 and 6 days depending on the period of the year. Please note that when booking an apartment, you will be contacted by the owner directly (within a few days of the booking confirmation) to discuss check in times, how to pick up keys and other such details.
