Apartment Termini is located right in the heart of Rome, at just 5 minutes away from the main train station, Termini. This means that many of Rome's wonders are at your doorstep, as they can be reached easily on foot or by public transportation. In fact, with Rome's main transport hub so close by, you will have no problem accessing the rest of the city, as Termini is the connection point for both the Metro A and B lines. The Coliseum, Roman Forum, Santa Maria Maggiore Church and Campidoglio are just some of the few tourist attractions that are a few minutes away from the apartment.
No deposit is required. However, we ask for your credit card details as a guarantee for the reservation. The total amount will be paid in cash only, when you check in at the apartment (or on the day after, at the latest). It is understood that, should you decide to cancel your reservation, you authorise the owner to withdraw the respective amount depending on the cancellation period, as described in the following:
from the time of booking to 20 days before arrival: 20% of the total amount;
19 to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount;
less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
Please note that on booking an apartment you will be contacted by the owner personally (within a few days of the booking confirmation) to discuss check in times, how to pick up keys and other such details.
