Overall Comment:
Exceptionally clean with an interesting elevator. Located near what appears to be Rome's "5th Avenue" from the buildings and shops we saw.
What did you like:
Family are very accommodating. Daughter Stella was brought out to speak English. Mama;s German is pretty good. Close to public transportation
What you didn't like:
The credit card machine was not working during our stay, so we had to pay in cash - a minor inconvenience with five ATM's right down the street.

Overall Comment:
Very nice B&B with good location and friendly stuff.
What did you like:
The location is convenient , close to Termini station and piazza della Repubblica [metro and buses]. If you are in a good shape you can walk to Fontana di Trevi [1.8km] or other major attractions. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big equipped with bathroom [shower actually] and in very good condition, there is heating and Airco in the room and you also get a map of the city for free. True Italian hospitality!
What you didn't like:
Our towels and soap/shower foam were not renewed during our 3 day stay but i 'm sure if we would asked for it they would change them.

Overall Comment:
Reasonably priced given that it is Rome and a good base with friendly people.
What did you like:
Friendly, helpful people. On frequent and useful bus routes not far from Republica or Termini (towards Porta Pia); easy bus ride to Venezia/Fori Imperiali/Navona. Clean and comfortable. OK breakfast with good coffee.
What you didn't like:
A few plumbing noises but otherwise pretty quiet.
