| Overall Comment: Easy to find from the Fondamente Nove even though this was our first trip to Venice. Nice to have the key to come and go as we wished. Quiet area. |

| What did you like: Location was within close range for all boat departures (Fondamenta Nove or Ca d'Oro). Room furnishings. Friendly staff although upon arrival there was no English but this is part of the experience of not staying in a big chain hotel. The coffee! Excellent value that we saw for Venice especially compared to hotels near the station. |

| What you didn't like: Nothing really. Would have like a fresh pastry instead of the one in the package. |

| Overall Comment: My friend and I stayed here for three days. We were very impressed with the Locanda. The room was clean, and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone. |

| What did you like: The location is ideal for people interested in exploring San Marco, San Polo and San Croce. |
