On the contrary to most of our competitors, who may list thousands of hotels on their websites, we
selectively choose our hotels for our portals and also purposely limit the number of hotels listed. In this way we are able to carefully check and directly control the rates offered by our affiliated hotels, so that we can always provide our customers with the lowest rates possible.
The
hotels that are advertised with the 
logo have
contractually agreed to provide us, and therefore our customers,
with rates that are lower or at least equal to that which you will find on any other website. Therefore, if after making the booking, or even before making the booking, you find a lower rate than the one we offer, please email us and we will gladly offer you the same rate, or try to provide you with an even lower rate.
Please note that the "
Best Rate Guarantee" policy no longer becomes valid as soon as the cancellation policy period comes into effect: this is the time period in which customers are liable to pay a cancellation fee. For most, though NOT all, of our affiliated hotels this is 3 days before you are due to check in. However, please always refer to the individual hotel's cancellation policy for further details.
