Overall Comment: It is conveniently located - it is walking distance from Roma Termini station. Tight security system was good.
What did you like: The staff was very kind and caring. He explained not only sightseeing spots in Rome but also the areas I should avoid during night. A very good wine bar in 1 minute walking distance was also excellent for me to have a light dinner without worrying for walking back alone in the night.
What you didn't like: Unfortunately, wireless internet connection was not available for the entire day, but only during morning. I do understand technical problem in order to make the place safer, but it would be really nice to have internet connection even during evening.
