Overall Comment: A nice, friendly little hotel in an excellent location, with pleasant, helpful staff.

What did you like: Excellent buffet breakfast on the roof terrace, with delicious cappucinos. The hotel is within walking distance of most of the important sights (except the Vatican) - the Colosseum is at the end of the road - and they give you maps. Comfortable beds, and the bedside lamps worked.

What you didn't like: There is only a fixed overhead shower, which made hair-washing a problem for me - we British are used to hand-held showers. My American friend did not mind this as she was used to it. Not enough wardrobe space for a long stay (we stayed 2 weeks) but would be enough for people staying only a few days. Thin linen towels - but this is usual in Italy.
