Overall Comment:
Our stay in Rome was very, very pleasant. Everyone at the hotel was courteous and helpful. This was my 4th trip to Rome and the Ara Pacis hotel's location was the best I have had. Being part of a larger building courtyard and not just a large modern building also added to the charm of this visit to Rome.
What did you like:
Very courteous and helpful reception and staff.
What you didn't like:
The facility obviously needs some maintenance, although very clean, it would have made me feel better not to see the peeling wallpaper in many places. Also, a piece of fruit or assorted vegetables for the breakfast buffet would have added to the meal.

The place was nice and in a safe section of town. Was clean and a great room. It had a terrace that was amazing. The staff was helpful but one of the guys at the front desk was rude. Overall my girlfriend and i had a great stay.

Everything was fine. Great service and friendly, helpful staff. The single rooms are a little grim (very small and tight with door not quite opening, etc) but overall I liked it. The location was perfect
