Overall Comment: i found the hotel to be a relaxing but charming vacation location the atmosfere was warm and beconning, in which one would like to stay for months instead of weeks or even days. over all my experience was greatly appreciated thanks to the staffs.
What did you like: the staffs were wonder and helping, they are quick to anticipate the needs of their customers while ensuring a to quality customer service. the location was great, away from the rumbling of the main city but also close to canals of venice that was about 10-15 minutes on the bus, which runs at frequent intervals.
What you didn't like: i cannot complain for i had no bad experience while at the hotel.

What did you like: Clean, good stuff, nice room
What you didn't like: Bad location/ transport : too far from Venice, not many busses (2 per hour and not in time), the last bus at 20h45-so if you want to see venice in the evening, you need to take another bus (no 2) but it stops at the hospital in mestre (so 30 min to walk to the hotel). Breakfast: they say that it is copious, but if you want cheese,eggs and ham you need to ask every time, if you dont ask for it they will not give you it. Bed: a double room in this hotel means 2 beds one near the other, so no double bed.
