Lying to the east of the River Tiber, Hotel Atlante Star is a very short distance from two of the city's most important attractions, the Basilica of St. Peter's and the Castel Sant'Angelo. Moreover, it also also easy and quick to get to the city's other tourist sights, such as the Coliseum, Spanish Steps and so forth, which you can reach on foot by crossing the river, or simply take the nearby metro (Ottaviano).
This superior 4 star hotel comprises of 70 rooms, all of which are en suite including jacuzzi and well equipped with air conditioning, heating, mini bar, satellite/cable TV, direct dial telephone, internet access, desk and hairdryer. Other hotel facilities include smoking and family rooms, well equipped conference room, coffee garden, in-house restaurants, and much more. | Overall Comment: Excellent location! Walking distance from Saint Pedro which is a must see.Recently refurbished rooms, unfortunately the terrace was closed and we couldnÂīt completely enjoy the magnificent view mentioned in the internet. |

| Overall Comment: For us & our familiy the best place to stay in Rome, as we are interested in visiting Vatican - and of course, most exciting Sites in the City of Rome. |

| What did you like: Everything, from the reception by very kind personnel, response to any question (as we only speak little Italian), help in any situation, access to internet, to the excelent cuisine in the evening Restaurant L'Etoile and breakfast in greatest variety and comfortable length of time, always in front of the Coupole de San Piedro - over the roofs of Vatican City - most beautiful view outside! |
