Overall Comment:
The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We could ask them for information on the sites or how to get to certain places and they would go directly to their computer and find the information and print out directions for us. When our flight was delayed by one day, the staff was available and quickly responded to our change of plans. The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location was close the many things we wanted to see either by walking (i.e. coleseum) or easily accessible by bus. The termini station was also within walking distance. My son and his wife stayed here the year before us and recommended it to us. We were not disappointed and would stay here again.
