Overall Comment: The tiny hotel is really nice to stay. The room is large and clean. It takes only few minutes from the station.
|
What you didn't like: There's no minibar and the internet access.

Overall Comment: We truly enjoyed our stay at Ca Lucrezia. We had a difficult time finding the hotel (it's in a narrow alleyway), but once we got our bearings, realized it was excellently located. Very near the train station and easily accessible to the vaporettos. It will help when there is an identifying sign up, which I assume will happen at some point.

What did you like: Friendly staff, very nice accommodations, and a really nice breakfast, both in the breakfast room and on the patio. Started our day out right! We made reservations, hoped for the best, and were very pleasantly surprised. We would recommend the hotel to anyone.

What you didn't like: We went down a couple of wrong streets before I went back to the train station and got directions from the information booth. A little tough when you are dragging suitcases down the street. You'd miss the street (alley) if you didn't look close because there are tons of people milling around in that area. (The street itself is quiet and pleasant.) Better on-line directions would be helpful. The street is not signed well, if at all.
