| Overall Comment: Though I booked Grifoncio Suites we didn't get rooms there. When we came to hotel Grifone where we had to check in for Grifoncino Suites we only were offfered to get rooms in hotel Grifone. As some people of our group (10 persons) had gone to get their rooms I remarked that they had gone to stay in hotel Grifone and as we wanted to stay together in one hotel we agreed to keep the rooms in hotel Grifone at the same price like Grifoncino Suites. We were not told why we didn't get the rooms in Grifoncino Suites though I had booked them in february 2007. |
