What did you like: Very clean, well presented. Located in quiet area, short walk to metro Great morning coffee

What you didn't like: No lift even though the Alpha Bookings website lists a lift. The lift at Hotel Kriss is not accessible to residents but only to those who live privately in the same building. Night life in the surrounding area is almost non-existent. The restaurant along the road is awful.

Overall Comment: Small and hidden Hotel in the centre of Rome.

What did you like: The location is very in the centre of the city. Everything is easy accesible.

What you didn't like: Breakfast could be more diversified.

Overall Comment: Buongiorno, come già detto in una precedente mail, vorrei contribuire al servizio che ritengo sia molto soddisfacente. Tuttavia, l'albergo in cui sono stata è il Tre Stelle, poichè al mio arrivo al Kriss mi hanno detto che c'era un problema nelle stanze e hanno provveduto al mio trasferimento. In ogni caso, sono stata molto contenta del cambio. Saluti

Overall Comment: Camere carine e ben servite. Colazione abbastanza buona. Hotel ben controllato e pulito. Manca la vista sulla città, ma tutto il resto è buono.

Overall Comment: We didn't stayed at the Kriss hotel, because wen we reached there they send us to 3 stelle, wich is very well located and the staff is very helpfull. we enjoyed our stay at 3 stelle.

What did you like: Big room, clean, good beds. Very good location, near the subway.

What you didn't like: The bathroom cabinet was broken, so the floor was all weat after we use it. The locker from the door was difficult to use.
