Overall Comment:
This is the second time I have stayed here and would recommend it for travelers who want a less expensive stay with clean rooms, quiet streets and convenience to the metro. The hotel is very well kept. A little hard to locate but just look for a garage sign and you can see part of the hotel sign above it. They are kind of down a short alley towards the garage. We recommended it to a couple we met in Sorrento that were from New Zealand and they were also pleased with the hotel.
What did you like:
Easy 3 block walk from the metro. Neighborhood seems very safe if you are traveling alone. This was important to me asa grandmother traveling along with my 12 year old grandson. Staff is very friendly and do speak English. Breakfast is not large but will get you by and the cappacino is GREAT. 24 hour desk service and you can get a drink in the evening it you want.
What you didn't like:
The hotel is great but there are limited places to eat within walking distance. Don't plan on eating in the area especially on a Sunday but hop on the metro and go to another stop. I like the Piazza Barbarini which has lots of restaurants, bars etc and is on the way to the Trevi fountain.

Very nice and cosy hotel, at the beginning kind of hard to find it, but after that very easy to get there and near from train terminal, very nice people, clean and confortable.
What did you like:
nice people, confortable place to stay in Rome , cozy, breakfast was good, very clean. If we come back to Rome someday for sure we get that hotel again.
What you didn't like:
no sound proof from the other rooms, in the middle of the night you can be awake only if somoebody next to you go to the bathroom or do something, that´s the only thing that we did not like about the hotel.

located away from sights, but close to public transportation room clean and had air conditioning !!
What did you like:
Nice complimentary breakfast friendly, accomodating staff
What you didn't like:
Very small entrance area/staircase. Difficult to manuver with suitcases LIft not in order

Overall Comment:
We thought from the external appearance that we had booked a slum for our hotel, but inside it is comfortable, air-conditioned (which is very useful in Rome) and clean. The rooms were comfortable as well.
What did you like:
The room, service and the reception were all very good.
What you didn't like:
Breakfast could (should, definitely) be improved. The lift was not in operation, and looked terrifying.
