Overall Comment: Hotel Louisiana is a nice, clean budget hotel in a central location in Rome. It was a great jumping point to the Colliseum, the Forum and the Spanish Steps and an easy cab ride to the Vatican. The rooms were stylish and very clean and it seemed like a great value for the price.
What did you like: Pretty, clean rooms. Good location. Nice staff that let us store our luggage when we showed up early. The rooms have a/c, which was absolutely necessary in July.
What you didn't like: The breakfast is just packaged pastries and bad coffee, but there are decent cafes around the corner where you can get panini (read: Italy's answer to breakfast) and espresso.
