Overall Comment:
To use the elevator you have to put i € 0.10 in the machine. It is advisable to inform the guests about this when they make a reservation. Also, I would suggest to give the guests upon arrival some € 0.10 coins as a service from the hotel.

Small rooms, but there is everything you need. Very kind staff, very helpful, they make you feel very welcome. Nice restaurants nearby.

We were booked for Hotel Picasso; however, upon arrival were told they were over booked and we were given rooms across the street at Hotel Caravaggio. Our room was quite large with a nice bathroom. The old style elevator added a little mystery to the building. The young woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Other staff members also very nice. We also booked our ride to the airport with your service. Again top notch!
What did you like:
Location: can walk to many sights or bus service nearby, several choices for eating including bakery and gellato. However, too far to walk from train station with luggage.
What you didn't like:
Nothing really bad. The included breakfast choices should be improved
