Overall Comment: "Air conditioning" advertised, but not available. Good location, great staff.

What did you like: Very helpful desk staff. Very knowledgeabel and gives excellent directions and recommendations. The are the best feature oif the hotel.

What you didn't like: No air conditioning, although this was advertised. The "Air Conditioning" the hotel provided was a portable air condiioning unit on wheels. The exhaust tube has to go out of the window, and the window had to be left open. Since the window had to be left open for the air conditioner exhaust, the room never cooled.

Overall Comment: During my stay there was some ongoing construction work in the hotel and therefore noise in the building from early morning.

What did you like: The hotel has reasonable prices with an ok breakfast, and is located in a nice and central part of Rome.

What you didn't like: Don’t book (or accept) a room on the same floor as the reception, because there is no second doors between your room and the reception. You can hear all that takes place in the reception all day. This was very noise, especially during the evening and night!

Overall Comment: Reasonably priced hotel in a great location. Very friendly front desk staff.

What did you like: Rooms were clean, front desk staff was friendly, location was great and breakfast was good.

What you didn't like: The decor is dated, but that doesn't affect your stay.
