Overall Comment: We had a very pleasant stay, and the staff was very helful. Nice full breakfast to start the day! The hotel is situated in a very nice street, with a lot af shops, and close to the top of Spanish Steps, very good. But the rooms facing the street gives you the trafiknoice! The hotel is rather old, but nice and clean, and has an athmosphere! We will come back! best regard Randbo/DK.

Overall Comment: Location excellent as it is walking distance to tourist spots and best of all you can shop on the way back to the hotel.Best of all, Spanish steps is just 3 mins walk from the hotel.

What did you like: The staff from the hotel design for us each day a different walking tour . It was wonderfull.

What you didn't like: The walls of the bathroom was not well painted.

Overall Comment: Hotel seems to be struggling to stay afloat. Rooms are dirty, Help is fair to poor. Front desk staff works twelve hour shifts and it shows. Food is awful. All dishes are washed by hand in a tiny sink in the reception area. The location is wonderful however the hotel may not be worth it.

Overall Comment: My wife and myself found the hotel excellent in everything as you see in my comments above.

What did you like: Everything

What you didn't like: My only comment is that the the bathrooms in the rooms are very good but the furniture in the bedroom is very old and needs to be modernised a little. All in all they are still good value for the price paid.

Overall Comment: The location of the hotel cannot be beaten. The price for the location provides good value for money and will continue to attract guests, no doubt. The stay was made most memorable by the concierge staff member, Antonio. I will continue to stay at this hotel because of the quality of his service and the personal care and attention he provides to his guests.

What you didn't like: The cleaning staff and attendants in the breakfast room were generally unhelpful and inflexible.

Overall Comment: La sala colazioni ha una limitata disponibilità di posti a sedere. Le camere e soprattutto i servizi avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione generale.

What did you like: Servizio sempre cordiale e disponibile.

What you didn't like: Manca totalmente un parcheggio e le indicazioni di prezzo fornite per un garage nei paraggi non corrispondevano minimamente con quanto poi pagato.

Overall Comment: I've heard that most hotels offer discounts for a two week booking. I wish you'd do the same
