We spent a nice time in Rome, rooms were quite comfortable and cool. the staff were very kind and warm. the location was perfect, Termini surroundings were better than we expect.
What did you like:
location and building free wifi, laptop in the room, very cool bathroom cool furniture good staff.
What you didn't like:
- very poor cleaning - very bad and uncomfortable matress, - not having a reception open all day. - can't to receive phonecalls in each room directly when staff is away. - TV sat, only the worst channels - breakfast too far away from the hotel - not too much room for hanging clothes

THE ROOM WAS BIG, BEAUTIFUL AND THE FREE INTERNET ACCESS IS A VERY GOOD IDEA

THE BREAKFAST TIMETABLE (FROM 9 TO 10) AND ALSO THAT IT´S TO POOR.

The service we got was outstanding. So personal and so genuine it was amazing. when you travel overseas for the first time and get welcomed and assisted as much as we did, why would you stay anywhere else... No i am not getting paid to say this!!!
What did you like:
The rooms were spotless and clean. The bed was comfortable and the internet connection was a fantastic option.
What you didn't like:
not much.
