| What did you like: Service was also very helpful, especially for keeping luggages even after the checkout, getting access to the PC with internet, etc. |
|
| What you didn't like: AC did not work. Shower had issues, with no consistent hot water. Temperature of the water used to vary randomly during shower, becoming either too cold or too hot by itself. |

| What did you like: una zona tranquilla e sicura, la proprieta era davanti carabinieri pieno di ristoranti e negozzi per comprare l´acqua o frutta per un prezzo normale vicino a stazione dei treni Termini neanche 5 minuti a piedi la camera con l´aria condizionata gentile personale |

| Overall Comment: Brilliant location next to the train station and within walking distance of the colleseum, the only metro ticket youll need is for Vatican. |

| Overall Comment: We throughly enjoyed our stay at WRH termini. We are a young couple and found the accommodation within walking distance to all of Rome's big attractions! The Colosseum is a leisurely 20 minutes walk with the Vatican around an hour. The excellent location close to the main train station was ideal for transfers to and from the airport and we also managed to explore a few places outside of Rome itself. Overall we would both agree that it is excellent value for money, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely go back! |

| What did you like: The rooms are exactly how they look in the photos, very comfortable beds, good bathrooms and effective air conditioning! The staff are so helpful, on our first night they told us a restaurant to try which we did and it was delicious! We also asked them a few times for help on directions and information, especially when we went out of Rome on a few day trips, and they couldn't have been more helpful! Also, although we had to check out they let us leave our baggage in a safe place as we had a late flight! The rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless! |

| What you didn't like: The only very slight bad point was the breakfast. It wasn't bad, just basic. They offer cornflakes, toast, some pastries (although these are pre-packed, not fresh) and not much else! But we found that it was enough to fill you up and we always discovered patisseries near by where you could buy two pastries for around 1.5 euros. |

| What you didn't like: For people who can't sleep, maybe you can hear the noice of next door... but it didn't bother me and for such a great location, what can one ask more??? |

| Overall Comment: I would recommend this to anyone. It is centrally located, right across from the police station so again you have that extra feeling of security in a strange place. It is close to the termini, therefore transportation is never an issue. Just keep in mind that the old review of the unuseable internet is still that...unuseable. With an obvious lack of attention an attitude of... -no time soon- getting it up and running. |

| What did you like: Most everything. Really enjoyed, and we had seven of us ranging from 11 years old to 77 years old. Take note that although there is a lift, that you have to carry all of your bags up a short entrance flight and the first floor full flight of stairs in order to get to it. |

| Overall Comment: Price reasonable, Room very clean, but sparse furniture a comfortable chair would have been nice. Bed low to the ground, one of the people in our party had difficult time getting up and down. Staff helpful, the breaskfast at cafe was fine. Having access to the kitchen was very nice, as we were able to make tea in the eveninsgs. Would recommend WRH. Area is close to Termeni and we were able to get around without problems. Felt comfortable even though the area was said to be full of pickpockets. |
