Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the transfer service up to 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, no fee will be charged. Later cancellations or no shows will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount due.

N.B.: Due to Italian tax laws, if you require a receipt, there will be an additional charge of 10% for VAT.
